Sonco will provide rough grade services upon completion of the hardscape. This rough grade will utilize any available dirt from the pool dig to grade and repair yard damage and manage stormwater. Upon request, Sonco can also provide additional final grading services with pulverized topsoil. Final grading with pulverized topsoil allows for instant ability to plant grass seed or sod and helps get your yard back looking great!

We provide a full on site tutorial at the completion of the project. This includes cleaning, chemical balancing, and operation. The service division handles all future maintenance/service items.
